We require a minimum of 6 hours notice for our regular graze boxes and platters. Milestone boxes and other custom orders require at least 12 hours notice. We try our best to accommodate last minute orders, so feel free to contact us directly at 803-665-5262 to see if we have availability.
Boxes and platters should not remain at room temperature for more than 2 1/2 hours after delivery. They should be refrigerated upon delivery to maintain freshness unless being consumed right away.
If you are not consuming your box or platter upon delivery, place in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. Remove from the fridge 20-30 minutes before enjoying to allow the contents to come to room temperature. Cured meats and cheeses are best served at room temperature for optimal flavour enjoyment!
We recommend consuming our products within 4-5 hours for optimal freshness & quality, but they can be stored for up to 24 hours in the fridge. If storing in the fridge overnight, tightly cover the box or platter with plastic wrap and tin foil and remove any crackers or bread.
Our products are not prepared in an allergen-free kitchen. Anyone with a severe food allergy should not consume our products as we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination. Mild allergies can be accommodated.
We offer delivery for our boxes & platters to Irmo, West Columbia, Chapin, City of Columbia, Northeast Columbia and surrounding areas. (Include delivery fee) For orders outside of those areas, we charge a small delivery fee of $0.45 per mile.
For larger events & corporate/brand orders we are happy to travel outside of this radius.
We do offer a pick-up and curbside.
